Get Involved!

There are many ways to get involved and find fun things to do as a graduate or professional student at GW. From participating in or forming a graduate student organization to taking part in events put on by organizations on campus, there is never a dull moment.

Program Board Graduate Affairs Committee
The Graduate Affairs Committee, run through Program Board, is designed to give GW graduate students and opportunity to get involved with campus events and meet fellow graduate students. This committee works with GradLife and GW community service organizations to provide a variety of different events to choose from. You can look forward to events such as a Cinema and Draft House event, a Murder Mystery Night,  and a grads Crab Boat Cruise on the Potomac River. For information regarding these trips you can contact the Graduate Affairs Committee via email: grads@gwpb.org.

Graduate Student Organizations
Many organizations exist on GW's campus with a primary focus on graduate students and graduate programs. These organizations offer many events throughout the year, from speakers to galas, open to the graduate population. There are also opportunities for you to create your own organization.
