The Columbia Plaza Housing Program
GW provides housing to graduate and professional students on a first come, first served basis through the Columbia Plaza Housing Program. This program provides GW students assistance in securing an apartment in a privately owned, multi-building complex at 2400 Virginia Avenue, N.W., adjacent to GW's Foggy Bottom campus (only a few blocks from the Law School, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and the Foggy Bottom Metro station). Since many graduate students may vie for the Columbia Plaza spaces, and be placed on a waiting list, we recommend all students consider various other off campus housing options as well.
